Welcome to the second quarterly newsletter from American CuMo Mining Corporation (CuMoCo). In this issue, we highlight the latest news from the Company and the CuMo Project—the largest, un-mined molybdenum deposit in the world.

 

Q2-corporate

  • Drill Assay Results – Significant Intersections
    On May 7th, CuMoCo reported excellent results from its 2012 diamond drilling program for the CuMo Project. A total of 4,700 meters (15,463 feet) was drilled in nine (9) holes. Holes were located on the extremities of the deposit and as infill to improve resource confidence. The results confirmed both the established geological model and the excellent grade continuity of the mineralized zones.

  • Significant Monies still being Recovered
    CuMoCo has sold/recovered approximately a third of all the assets and equipment of its subsidiary Kirkness Diamond Drilling, and is in the process of selling another third. Kirkness Diamond Drilling was purchased by the former management and diverted resources from the CuMo Project. A forensic audit of these previous transactions is near completion.

 

Q2-project

  • Round Table at Garden City and Participation at Local Community Events
    Local support for the CuMo Project continues to build and was clearly displayed at a recently held Townhouse Meeting in Garden Valley, Idaho and at the Company’s information booths in Horseshoe Bend and Idaho City.

  • Supplemental Environmental Assessment (EA)
    The supplemental EA report is due to be filed by the end of July. This will allow the United States Forestry Service (USFS) to begin the 30-day public comment period.
  • New Idaho CuMo Mining Corporation logo
    A new logo has been created for Idaho CuMo Mining Corporation. This corporation was established to provide local management and oversight on the development of the CuMo Project. Idaho-based operation and leadership will provide greater access to relevant agencies and nurture state, local and community relationships.

    CuMoCo was recently profiled in a recent edition of Mining Journal.
